Is
Your Shopping Cart Emptied at Checkout?
Some of our customers have reported to us that their
shopping cart emptied during the checkout process. Our
staff is working on a solution to this error,
meanwhile please try the solution listed below, which
will allow you to
checkout without further problems.
If for some reason you still have problems with the checkout
process please email your order to us using the
Contact Us form. Enter the item numbers
and quantities of items you would like to order and we will email you an invoice
ASAP payable
online with any major credit card.
Solution to the Error
Causing Empty Cart at Checkout
In Internet Explorer (Browser
Software):
From the menu option "Tools" select “Internet Options”
then select the “Privacy” tab. Next click ‘Advanced” and
check the
“override automatic cookies handling” check box. Next
select both of the “Accept” Radio buttons. (first party, third party
cookies) and check “Always allow session cookies"
and your finished.
